—Telling Others About Our Hope— There is a war being waged against the Gospel. Dr. Voddie Baucham points out that Christians have difficulty engaging with others to defend the faith because it “may not be loving.” We are at war not with people but with the ideas that stand in opposition to the truth of the Gospel. “We take every thought captive”— developing a Biblical worldview— we as Christians learn to think Biblically about everything. This battle is a spiritual one and the Bible is sufficient to break every stronghold, and we defend the faith in gentleness and respect.
